We are a UPS Access Point, NOT a full-service UPS location.
To save you a wasted trip, here is what we CAN and CANNOT do:
✅ WE CAN ACCEPT:
- Prepaid UPS packages that are already packaged, labeled and have a barcode
- Amazon returns that are already packaged and have a barcode
- UPS packages for safe keeping so they aren't left unattended at your home
- Signature-required UPS packages when you are not home, at the discretion of UPS and the customer
❌ WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
- Packages that need to be weighed
- Packages that need postage/shipping paid
- Packages that need a shipping label created or printed
- QR-code returns that require us to scan the code and prepare the package
- Packages that are not already properly packaged and labeled
If your package needs to be weighed, labeled, packaged, or postage paid, you will need a full-service UPS location. We are happy to help with the UPS services we are authorized to provide — we just don't want you to make a trip expecting services we don't offer!
